A unique collaboration between the Fleet and the Gravesham Heritage Forum has been organised with historical presenter Christoph Bull telling the story of the ‘Battle of Stonebridge’ fought during the English Civil War in 1648.

Now you can find out more about it, together with the unveiling of a commemoration plaque outside the Fleet turnstiles, by the Mayor of Gravesham Cllr Daniel Adewale King.

The event starts in the Fleet Main Stand lounge at 2.30pm on Tuesday 10th December, with the plaque unveiling at 3.15pm followed by Christoph Bull’s presentation and a short history of Swanscombe, Northfleet and Ebbsfleet United plus a raffle for charity.
